1. Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable once full payment has been made.

Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

 

2. Rescheduling Policy

 

- One (1) reschedule is allowed, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

 

- Rescheduling is not permitted within 24 hours of the booking slot. Any further requirement please contact customer service at whatsapp +60 12 236 0379

3. TUFF Warranty Policy

 

      1. The warranty is valid for 6 months from the production date.

​

    2. Coverage: Manufacturing defects, such

as tyre balancing issues and other factory-related defects.

​​

    3. Exclusions:

          - Sidewall damage

          - Tyres older than 2 years (based on tyre manufacturing date)

 

    4. TUFF Sealant provides protection against punctures caused by objects up to 6 mm in diameter.
