1. What is Tuff Tyre?

Tuff Tyre is a pre-installed tyre sealant that protects your tyres from punctures up to 6 mm. It helps prevent flat tyres and gives you peace of mind.

2. Will Tuff Tyre affect my tyre balancing or driving comfort?

No. Tuff Tyre does not affect:

• Balancing

• Tyre wear

• Tyre pressure

• Noise or comfort

Your tyre behaves like normal after installation.

3. What types of tyres can use Tuff Tyre?

Tuff Tyre works with most standard tubeless tyres of motorcycle, car, truck tyres, including new or existing tyres.

4. How long does Tuff Tyre last?

It lasts throughout the normal lifespan of the tyre. It does not shorten tyre life.

5. What happens if I get an object in my tyre?

If the object is 6 mm or smaller, the sealant will seal the puncture automatically.
For larger damage or sidewall punctures, you should still visit a tyre shop.

6. Should I remove the object?

The sealant will automatically seal around the puncturing object up to 6mm. You may choose to remove it when you see it. However if the puncturing object is bigger than 6mm it is advisable to visit a tyre shop for closer inspection.

7. Does Tuff Tyre affect my tyre warranty?

No. Since it does not harm balancing or tyre wear, it will not affect tyre warranty.

8. Does Tuff Tyre provide any warranty?

YES. TUFF Sealant Warranty Coverage:

• 6 months warranty

 

TUFF Sealant Warranty Scope:

• Manufacturing defects only

  • Example: balancing issues

  • Example: sealant peeling off

9. Do I still need regular tyre maintenance?

Yes. Tuff Tyre only protects against punctures. You still need to:

• Check tyre pressure regularly

• Do balancing & alignment when needed

• Inspect tyres for crack, bulges, or uneven wear​

• Rotate tyres regularly for even tread wear

​

10. What can Tuff Tyre NOT protect against?

Tuff Tyre cannot fix:

• Sidewall damage

• Large cuts

• Punctures bigger than 6 mm

• Structural tyre damage

In these cases, the tyre must be repaired or replaced.

11. Is Tuff Tyre safe for high-speed driving?

Yes. Once balanced properly, your tyre performs as normal even at highway speeds.

12. Does Tuff Tyre work with TPMS (Tyre Pressure Monitoring System)?

Yes. It does not interfere with TPMS sensors.

13. Can Tuff Tyre seal multiple punctures?

Yes. It can seal more than one puncture as long as each is 6 mm or smaller.

14. Will my tyre become messy inside?

No. The sealant stays evenly distributed and does not harden or clump.

​

15. Will the sealant cause vibration?

No. The formula is designed to stay balanced and will not cause shaking or vibration.

16. Does Tuff Tyre work in hot or cold weather?

Yes. It works across a wide range of temperatures.

17. Can I repair the tyre normally later?

Yes. If needed, mechanics can still patch or plug the tyre like normal.
